Earlier today, I received an email from Gary Abraham - Attorney for the Coalition of Concerned Citizens.  Gary and the Coalition have stood for years in opposition to the Alle-Catt Wind Project.   From the beginning, when Alle-Catt's parent corporation - Invenergy - proposed the project, Gary and the group have worked tirelessly.  They have given their time and talents and money to the cause of standing for reliable energy (which alternative energy systems - such as wind - are not) and for environmental responsibility.  Gary recently completed a legal document:  "PETITION TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND, REVIEW AND REVOKE FEDERAL AUTHORIZATIONS AND ONGOING PERMITTING PROCESSES IN CONNECTION WITH THE ALLE-CATT WIND PROJECT IN WESTERN NEW YORK AND TO ADDRESS CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES." The link to this document is attached.

NYS officials have sided again and again with the powerful Chicago-based Invenergy over the local voices of the Coalition. With the election of President Trump, the federal perspective on alternative energy projects has shifted, and the Coalition is seeking to leverage this shift in halting the Alle-Catt Wind Project.

Please join me in sending this well-prepared petition to the federal officials and agencies listed below. You can copy and paste the email addresses, the accompanying message, and the link to the document. All are below. Make sure to include your name after the "Respectfully submitted" closing at the end of the message.
